I feel priviliged to have had the opportunity to work with Petra. Having the chance to work on a number of international projects was a great experience. I have always been impressed with her professionalism, supporting approach, an ability to lead the team to a confident and efficient outcome whilst maintaining a humble attitude at all times. Her experience and departmental knowledge across a wide range of functions, subjects and projects is exceptional. It may be possible to find a business person who can help for coaching, training or advising on HR issues however it is difficult to find a professional with so much departmental knowledge with a fantastic personality. Something that is immediately evident when you meet her. Once you work with Petra or know her, you will instantly be onboard. Her "can do" attitude is infectious. You will see the possibilities and strive to succeed. 

Petra byla jedním ze šesti koučů, kteří do celé obchodní sítě České spořitelny úspěšně implementovali nový systém proaktivní akvizice v segmentu malých podniků (MSE). V rámci tohoto projektu se podílela na koučování všech firemních poradců a spolupracujících obchodních pozic, stejně jako na koučování regionálních ředitelů zodpovědných za obchodní výsledky. Svým přístupem pomohla zvýšit profesionalitu obchodníků a koučovací schopnosti jejich nadřízených, takže po dokončení projektu se ČS stala bankou č.2 na českém trhu malých podniků.

I very much appreciate the opportunity to work with Petra during her assignment at our Global HQ in Japan. She was responsible for the development of HR systems and programs designed to increase the competency and capability of our affiliate members. During her time with our group she was able to learn the practical aspects of HR Development, as well as the importance of its connection with other HR systems to provide essential output to customers, and a tangible impact on our global operations. I very much respect her work ethic and her ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with our global customers across more than 35 affiliated companies. I would highly recommend her for any task than can utilize her skills and expertise.

Thanks to Petra I reached a new level in my professional career and gained a very important and useful experience. During Toyota Business Practice she was not only teacher, but also mentor, advisor and, what was the most important, the friend. Because in every coaching and training the main thing is motivation for participants. Petra, because of her endless positive energy and enthusiasm, made it to 110%. She raised our involvement and concernment to stratosphere, I was never so excited in training before. I hope on my professional way I’ll meet  more people and mentors like Petra.
